The neighborhood and the association were
established in 1929. We are a well organized and well
connected
neighborhood. On Walther Avenue we have a beautiful sign to identify us. In
addition, our neighborhood is well maintained by the residents.
We
have approximately 275-300 homes in Beverly Hills. The types of homes are
mainly English cottages and bungalows. If you lived in our neighborhood your
home would have American "Arts ‘N Crafts/ Post ‘N Beam" structure,
front/back porches, off street parking and two car garages, fire places,
hardwood floors on 2nd floor, and hillside landscaping.
